Nothing, unless you send it. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party trackers, fonts or scripts. Fonts and images are served from this domain.

If you submit the briefing form, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, role, organization, organization type, approximate membership, and your message. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.

We use form submissions to reply to you and to prepare for the conversation you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list; you will hear from a person about the thing you asked about.

This website and its form are for a first conversation only. Do not include member, patient, claim or other protected health information. Any evaluation that involves data runs under a mutual NDA and a business associate agreement first, through channels built for it — never through this site.

The site is hosted, and form submissions are received, by Netlify, Inc. Submissions are then delivered to our business email, hosted by Microsoft. Both act as processors on our instructions. No other party receives your information.

Form submissions are retained for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a short rolling window. Write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

This site links to the Alberto platform at https://alberto.guardiant.ai. The platform is a separate, authenticated application governed by the agreements between Guardiant and each customer; this policy does not cover it.
